- Non-Returnable Items: Personalized or customized anklets, gift cards, and items marked as final sale are non-returnable.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Return Approval: Once your return is approved, we will provide detailed instructions and the return shipping address.
- Ship the Item: Package the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back to us. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will:
- Issue a Refund: Process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Notify You: Send you an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Please Note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
